Sample Production

Please confirm your desired yarn and color options. Baina has developed our own color cards and also supports custom colors to match your exact vision. If you prefer to use your own materials, feel free to send them to us.

Please provide a finalized tech pack including all necessary measurements, construction details, and instructions to guide the sample production.

We’ll produce a sample based on your requirements — usually within 10 business days.

If you proceed with bulk production, sample and shipping fees will be waived.

If not, sample fees and shipping are your responsibility.

Samples are priced at twice the bulk rate.

We will estimate costs for your approval before production. Final pricing will be confirmed once the sample is approved.

Carefully review your sample to ensure it meets expectations and matches your tech pack. If any adjustments are needed, let us know promptly. We’ll work with you to revise until everything is just right.

Bulk Production

Once you approve the sample (including design, spec sheet, tech pack, materials, quantity, sizing, etc.), we’ll begin bulk production based on your exact specifications.

Before bulk production, we’ll confirm all order details, pricing, payment terms, and the delivery timeline. A sales contract — drafted by us — will be signed.

Production begins after receiving a 30% deposit.

Pricing is in USD, based on FOB Beijing/Tianjin.

Quote is valid for 60 days from issue.

After we receive the deposit, we’ll begin manufacturing. Please send us any additional materials like buttons, zippers, brand labels, care tags, price tags, hangtags, or custom packaging. If you'd like us to supply accessories, we’re happy to assist — just reach out! Production time is typically 20–60 business days, depending on order size and complexity.

Once production is complete

Pay the remaining 50% for shipment to be arranged.

The final 20% balance is due within 15 days of air freight BL date, or within 45 days of sea freight BL date.

We’ll provide tracking info once the shipment is out.
