Overview

Baina’s spinning facility is equipped with multiple sets of world-class imported machinery, including the Italian OCTIR four-cylinder double-bridge combing machine, the SAVIO automatic winding machine, and German-made doubling and twisting machines. These advanced systems ensure the fineness and consistency of our yarns, providing a strong foundation for the production of premium cashmere yarns. In the dyeing and finishing stages, Baina uses state-of-the-art automatic loose fiber dyeing machines and eco-friendly imported dyes to ensure long-lasting color and high durability. Stainless steel dyeing vats, dehydration machines, and drying equipment are all managed by fully automated German control systems, paired with meticulous operating procedures to ensure stable and precise raw material preparation for the spinning process.

Baina operates a fully integrated production system covering raw material testing, dyeing, and spinning. With an annual output capacity of 300 tons of high-end cashmere and wool-blend yarns, we can flexibly accommodate a wide range of order requirements.

For standard colors from the Baina color card: the minimum order quantity is 1 kilogram per color (for example, 1kg of 26/2 yarn equals approximately 13,000 meters).

For custom colors: the minimum order quantity is 80 kilograms.
